Who we are
Solsett is a US creative studio and full-service digital marketing agency for consumer product brands that sell online. This is the only site solsett.com serves, and this policy covers everything it collects.
What we collect
The only information this site collects is what you give us in the Book a Call form: your name, your email address, your brand and website, the areas you need help with, whether you would rather we reply by email or by phone, a phone number if — and only if — you ask us to call, and any notes you choose to add.
Cloudflare, which hosts this site, also handles the ordinary request data every web server sees — your IP address and browser details — in the course of serving pages and processing the form. We do not read or use that data beyond what is needed to run the site.
Why we collect it
We collect this information for one reason: to answer your enquiry. We use it to understand your brand and reply with a relevant, useful response — nothing more.
How it is processed
When you submit the Book a Call form, your browser sends it to a Cloudflare Worker running on this site. The Worker checks that the form is complete and well-formed, then sends two emails through Resend, our email delivery provider: your enquiry to us, and a confirmation to the address you gave, so you have a record that it arrived.
Before the Worker accepts the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a browser and not a script. The check runs in the background and processes only what it needs to tell a person from a script; it never reads what you typed. It is part of Cloudflare's hosting of this site, and Cloudflare describes it in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum at cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy, alongside the Cloudflare privacy policy named below.
So that one enquiry a day reaches us rather than several copies of the same one, the Worker keeps a scrambled fingerprint of your email address for twenty-four hours and then deletes it automatically. It is a one-way fingerprint: it lets us recognise a repeat of the same address, and it cannot be turned back into the address itself. Your address is not stored anywhere by this check, and we keep no list of who has written to us.
Who processes it
Exactly two companies process the information you submit: Cloudflare, which hosts this site and runs the Worker that checks your enquiry (see Cloudflare's own privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy), and Resend, which delivers the resulting email to us (see Resend's own privacy policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy). No other party receives, stores, or otherwise processes your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry exists only as an email in the inbox that received it, and for as long as that message is kept.
Your rights
The rights below apply to you only if the law of your jurisdiction grants them, and this section describes them without asserting that any specific regime applies to you.
EEA/UK: if the GDPR applies to you, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, and to object to how it is processed.
California: if the CCPA/CPRA applies to you, you may have the right to know what information we hold, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale or sharing — we do not sell or share it today, to anyone.
We do not profile you, and no decision about you is made by anything other than a person reading your email.

Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
