These terms govern your use of solsett.com. By using this site, you agree to them.
What this site is
This site is the marketing site for Solsett, a US creative studio and full-service digital marketing agency for consumer product brands that sell online. It exists to describe our services and let you book an introductory call.
Enquiries are not a contract
Submitting the Book a Call form, or any other enquiry through this site, does not create a contract, a retainer, or any obligation between you and Solsett. Any engagement begins only once we agree its terms separately, in writing.
Demonstrations and imagery
Every piece shown on the Work page is a studio demonstration — created by Solsett to show what our work looks like — and is never presented as work delivered for a paying client. The before/after comparison shown elsewhere on this site uses placeholder imagery until a real client pair is published.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — including its text, photography, video, and design — belongs to Solsett or its licensors. You may view it for your own reference; you may not copy, redistribute, or otherwise reuse it without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to submit false information, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party links
This site may link to third-party sites, including the social profiles and privacy policies of the processors named in our Privacy Policy. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
